IMPORTANT: PARENT’S CIRCULAR FOR ACADEMIC SESSION: 2025-26

Dear Parents,

Greetings,

Thank you sincerely for putting your trust in Paradise International School for the education of your child. We shall do everything possible to live up to your expectations.We still need your constant support and encouragement to carry on and to take our institution to greater heights.

At Paradise International School, it’s our quest to ensure a safe, tranquil, stimulating and intellectually challenging environment for our students. We endeavor to fulfill all the learning needs of students through shared collaboration and commitment to bring out the best in each of them. We recognize that in order to be successful in school, our children need support from both the home and the school.

A child’s holistic development is often deeply influenced and potentially dependent on effective Parent-Teacher relationships. We know a strong partnership with you will make a great difference in your child’s education and overall performance. We ask you to guide and support your child’s learning by ensuring that He/She:

• Attend school daily in proper school uniform and arrives on time, and mentally and physically ready for the day’s learning experience.
• Complete all the homework assignment given by the teachers.
• Reads daily to develop a love for reading and to improve literacy skills.
• Share school experiences with you, so that you will be aware of his/her school life.
• We expect you at our every Parent-Teacher Meet.

As we begin for the new academic session 24-25, from April 01, I ask all our students to be mindful of school rules, policies, and safety protocols. I continue to emphasize on discipline, punctuality, personal grooming, school attendance, commitment, and mutual respect.

There are some important instructions for the academic session 2025-26,that we would like to outline to ensure the smooth functioning of the school:

• New session for students of classes Playgroup, Nursery, LKG and UKG will start from 1^stApril 2025, Tuesday.

School Timings are 07:30am to 11:30am.(April to October)

                                     08:15am to 12:15 pm. (November to March)

Please Note that every Saturday will be off for class Play group, Nursery, LKG, &UKG.

• Classesof 1^st to 10^th are functional from 01 April 2025, Tuesday.

School Timings are 07:30am to 01:30pm. (April to October)

                                     08:15 am to 02:15 pm. (November to March)

• Student’s entry will be closed 10 minutes before, kindly ensure that your ward report to school before the mentioned time every day.
• Student must maintain minimum of 85% attendance in the entire academic session.

School Transport:

• School transport facility will be provided for 12 months, or from the effective date of admission, between the session transport will not be activated.
• If your ward avails school’s transport facility, please confirm the timing of your stoppage before the session begins. For the queries regarding transport as per your route, kindly contact our help desk.
• Transport facility once availed will not be discontinued in mid of the session.
• Transport fee must be deposited in advance.

Student’s Behaviour Ethics at Paradise International School:

• The Student’s must adhere to the school timings, late entry should not be allowed.
• Student must have dress smartly as per that day’s dress code. His/her dress must be cleaned and ironed.
• Proper attention to be given on personal hygiene, i.e. regular haircut, nail trimming, shoes cleaning, etc.
• Student need to be regular to attain required attendance percentage.
• Early departure of ward is allowed seldom if any emergency occurs, after filling the “Early leaving form” at school reception.
• Parents/Guardians are only allowed to pick their kids from school at the Departure time, no one else will be allowed to do.
• Parent must confirm it to school office at the time of admission, if the child is able to go home by themselves.
• Students must bring healthy, home-made food for their snack and lunch time. Parents are also advised to do so (Junk food, biscuits, chocolates, packed juices etc. are not allowed in lunch boxes).
• Lunch boxes and water bottles will not be accepted at school reception please send it with the child only.
• Students are not allowed to bring mobile phones, smart watches or any other expensive/valuable material (gold/silver chains, bracelets, bangles etc.) to school. School will not be responsible on losing it.

Parents are advised: to purchase the house uniform/school shoes only after the confirmation of the house allotted to their child by the school office.

The details of the school uniforms for the session 25-26 are mentioned below:

• Monday, Wednesday, Friday: Pant/Skirt, school shirt (prescribed by school), black shoes with black socks, school tie and belt, School ID card.
• Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday: School dress Lower, T-shirt, white shoes with white socks, School ID cards.
